If you need a place to store your rv then Alvernon Rv Storage at I-10 and Alvernon is the place to be. Call Dave the Manager there and he'll give you any information you need and a tour of the facility if you like. Very large spaces, potable water, air and dump station are amenities that are greatly appreciated! We love it there. Dave is very attentive to your needs and the facility is clean and secure!😎“

Alvernon is a top notch storage facility that is clean, secure and easy to enter and exit. Storage slots are on an angle facilitating backing your unit in if necessary. The facility provides a free extention cord and electricity to keep RV batteries charged while parked. The facility is enclosed with steel fencing and barb wire on top making it very secure. An attendant lives on site. I would highly recommend Alvernon. It's proximity to the Tucson airport is also a plus.“

Great new storage facility. Dave is very friendly and helpful.
I also like using the Genie app on my phone instead of having to climb out of the RV to input a gate code.
They even have electrical outlets for each space.
Using covered RV storage offers excellent protection and long-term value for your vehicle. By shielding your RV from sun, rain, wind, and debris, covered storage helps prevent fading, cracking, and weather-releated damage to both the exterior and interior. It also keeps your RV cleaner, reducing the need for frequent washes and maintenance. Plus, covered storage can extend the life of your paint, roof, and tires - saving you money and preserving your RV's resale value.
We prefer that you move in during office hours to ensure your space location works for you and that our manager can go over the location of our amenities and the rules and regulations of the facility.
Along with your signed rental agreement, we require a copy of the vehicle title/registration, matching photo ID and proof of insurance.
Our leases are month-to-month, so there are no long-term lease requirements. You decide the length of your stay with us!
Most of our tenants enjoy the convenience of being on autopay by credit card. If you choose not to be enrolled in that program, you can pay online, at any time or come by the office (during office hours) and make a payment with the Facility manager. Please note that we do not accept cash payments.
No, if your lease is executed and you have recieved your personal gate code, you can access the site during our gate access hours which are 7am - 7pm 7 days a week.
