We recently had to find a new storage facility for or 28' toyhauler. In Tucson the options are limited. Most are not covered. The covered options are very expensive. At Alvernon RV storage all the spots are covered and the rates are very competitive. David (the manager) made the move so easy. I appreciate him very much. Alvernon RV storage is top of the line. It is safe, clean and easy to access. I would highly recommend this place. A major perk that sets them aside from most of the others is the option to plug our RV to a power supply to keep our batteries charged. They even supply a power cord to use.There is a dump station, fresh water, free tire air. The manager lives on site which I appreciate.
Using covered RV storage offers excellent protection and long-term value for your vehicle. It also keeps your RV cleaner, reducing the need for frequent washes and maintenance. Plus, covered storage can extend the life of your paint, roof, and tires - saving you money and preserving your RV's resale value.
We prefer that you move in during office hours to ensure your space location works for you and that our manager can go over the location of our amenities and the rules and regulations of the facility.
Along with your signed rental agreement, we require a copy of the vehicle title/registration, matching photo ID and proof of insurance.
Our leases are month-to-month, so there are no long-term lease requirements. You decide the length of your stay with us!
Most of our tenants enjoy the convenience of being on autopay by credit card. If you choose not to be enrolled in that program, you can pay online, at any time or come by the office (during office hours) and make a payment with the Facility manager. Please note that we do not accept cash payments.
No, if your lease is executed and you have recieved your personal gate code, you can access the site during our gate access hours which are 7am - 7pm 7 days a week.
